Jade is a start-up internet company that works closely with Rocket Internet GmbH, Berlin on a variety of projects. In recent years Rocket Internet has supported some of the most successful internet companies for example, Zalando, Groupon and eDarling. We are offering you the opportunity to work with us on our new project as a member of an internationally dynamic team.

We are currently looking for the following in our Berlin Office:
Ruby on Rails – Developer (m/f)
Freelance or Full-time

What you will be doing:

- From the beginning on you are able to support the company in terms of developing a new platform
- You can work in a team and are also able to independently develop ‘your’ part of the platform
- In the team you will develop new and expand existing code

What you can offer us:

- You are a developer (m/f) and dedicated. A theoretical background (for example University experience in Information Technologies) or similar would be advantageous.
- You have worked as a developer on a ruby on rails project for at least six months
- You have experience with test driven development ( e.g. TDD, BDD, RSpec and Cucumber)
- You are open, communicative, and enjoy working best in teams
